New add-on module integrates seamlessly with Maximizer CRM 10, by CRM4Business Bracknell, UK – 13 May 2008 – Quotes4Max, a new add-on quotation module for the Maximizer CRM 10 customer relationship management solution, has been launched by Maximizer Software business partner, CRM4Business. Quotes4Max integrates seamlessly into Maximizer CRM 10, providing a fast and easy means of creating instant quotations, which can be emailed to customers and fed automatically into a company’s business processes. There is no limit to the number of product lines that can be handled by the system and it is not limited to physical items – it also covers time-related activities such as consultancy and estimated service and call-out charges. Products can be selected by description and pricing, with discounts calculated for line item and total values. Prices can also be banded by quantity. The system generates a new sales opportunity record for each quotation within the Maximizer system, which can then be tracked and chased. Importantly, the outcome of the quotes can be analysed, reported on by conversion rates and revenue, by location, salesperson, product line and so on. Updates to quotes are assigned unique revision numbers to provide a history and audit trail. And its not all; quotes can also be routed automatically through Maximizer’s MaxMobile solution to sales people or agents in the field via web access or hand-held or smartphone devices. MaxMobile provides increased mobility, giving BlackBerry and Smartphone users instant access to their customers, leads, schedules, sales deals and service cases directly on their handheld device, through wired or wireless synchronisation.
