Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire

Reporting to: Marketing Manager – Europe, Middle East & Africa

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading software brand in Bracknell as a Marketing Coordinator. This is an entry level position and we are looking for individuals with bags of potential who, with the right training, want to develop and become a marketing specialist.

Purpose of position

To provide marketing coordination, support and assistance in the planning and implementation of marketing and business development initiatives. Assist in development of marketing resources, coordinate all leads follow-up and tracking as well as communications with the business partners and suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Day to day support duties for the marketing team, contacts, lead-generation activities, follow up and tracking, providing general support for marketing processes and systems.

• General management of the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and related administrative activity.

• Assist in the development, production, and management of company collateral when relevant; including print material and Website content to communicate solutions, services and product benefits to customers.

• Coordinate logistic aspects and help executing marketing activities such as seminars, exhibitions, social media, email campaign, lead generation campaigns and partners’ activities.

• Competitors analysis, industry research, Google Campaigns, Online opportunities and programmes research to best promote Maximizer products and services.

● PR activities, adverts, publications.

● Undertake other reasonable duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by a manager of the company. Person Specification

• Must be flexible with a "can do" attitude and bags of energy.

• A bright, motivated, pro-active and confident individual who is a good communicator in both the written and spoken form.

• Attention to detail is a pre-requisite and proofreading ability will be an advantage.

• Creative with a genuine interest in marketing.

• Needs to be methodical and systematic, with very good, time management and organisational skills, plus able to prioritise and multitask.

• A high standard of computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ideally experience with HTML, In-Design, and on-line social media.

• Good interpersonal skills and able to demonstrate excellent team working.

• Ideally a minimum of 12 month marketing or related experience, however, as this is a junior role, we will consider people with related experience.

General

Working as part of the Marketing Team in our Bracknell Office from 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Starting holiday entitlement will be 20 days per annum. There is a base salary and a bonus scheme for this position.
