MaxApp Partner: CABC Email Bounce Assist is an outlook add-in activity that simplifies and speeds up the task of processing soft bounce email replies that you receive after running an email campaign. Soft bounces are the emails that advise you that the recipient no longer exists or cannot be contacted anymore on the email address that you wrote to.
MaxApp Partner: CABC Campaign Manager Plus is an enhanced response capture tool that very simply extends the capability of the Maximizer Campaign Manager. With the product you can: 1. Ask recipients to update their mailing preferences and capture their replies in UDF items on their record in Maximizer CRM. 2. This allows a one-to-many relationship between Maximizer Company and Individual records such equipment details, software details, assets etc Email 'From>To' Service MaxApp Partner: CABC Any email added to the Maximizer database which does not have a document category set is automatically detected and classified by the service.The service will find the name of the sender and the first recipient in the recipient list. These names are then shortened to make best use of the available 19 characters in the Category field. The service categorises emails with a better than 99% success rate. In a few cases the complex natures of email storage in Maximizer can make the classification difficult to achieve. Any email can be reclassified by a user with the normal Maximizer Document categories if desired. Important Note: This first version of this application is not Max Exchange compliant. MaxApp Partner: Dataplan Systems Often the User-defined Fields in Maximizer are only at Company level. This is undesirable when searches for marketing campaigns want to return Contacts and Individuals. This utility searches through your database and copies any User-defined fields from the Company level to Contact level, so searches become more useful. It excludes email, web site and any table UDFs that already exist at Contact level. The utility should be run before launching any search for an Email Marketing Campaign, to ensure the data is as complete as possible (it updated 10,000 records in our database!).
MaxApp Partner: Dataplan Systems Often security settings are only set at Company level, meaning Contacts are still visible by all users, because Access rights are still set to Public (ie. everyone). By running this, all Contacts are given the same access rights as Company, so security is correctly applied to all entries.
MaxApp Partner: Dataplan Systems Duplicate contacts are the bane of any database. Especially when importing data, duplicate contact names are often created, one or more times. Going through manually to remove these is time-consuming and tedious, and the job often simply doesn't get done. This utility searches through all companies, finds duplicate names within that company, copies any notes and documents to the name first created, then deletes the duplicates. It doesn't delete duplicates at Company level (you may need to relax the ActiveX security on your web browser for this utility to download).
MaxApp Partner: Dataplan Systems Importation of older ACT! databases sometimes brings corrupted files in to Maximizer. This results in MaxExchange not being able to syncrhonise correctly. To avoid corrupted files being imported, just the address details of an ACT! database can be imported, with the notes transferred later, using this utility.
MaxApp Partner: CABC As a data import and de-duplication add-on, Max Feed is the ideal way to import and merge data from bought-in mailing lists with an existing Maximizer database; import data from other corporate databases to an existing Maximizer database where a high overlap exists between the companies in each source; regularly feed new data to categories/UDFs of existing clients and contacts using soft matching; build new Maximizer databases from mailing lists or other sources; quickly remove/identify duplicate companies in Maximizer.
