| Job title: Sales co-ordinator – Africa (based in UK Office) Reporting to: Head of Sales – UK/IRE/Africa Purpose of position To provide sales coordination, support and assistance to our Channel Partners on Maximizer and related Products in the EMEA region. To assist with the ongoing development of the Maximizer Channel. Main responsibilities Sales order processing, orders are to be processed accurately and according to the Maximizer partner program model ensuring discount levels and pricing is correct. Orders are the responsibility of the Sales Coordinator to ensure that the Business Partner receive their orders in a timely manner Take enquiry related telephone calls from our Channel Partners, End Users and Potential Customers and take a suitable course of action. Maintain close communication with internal managers and staff to discuss Business Partner critical issues and to ensure that they are fully aware of any related problems that may affect sales or Partner relationship. Development of the Maximizer Sales Pipeline. Conduct structured telemarketing activities to create and develop leads for the Maximizer CRM solution. Report all changes to pipeline in a timely fashion and record all sales related activities on the in-house Maximizer CRM solution. Occasional requirement to provide basic online demonstrations of the Maximizer CRM product to prospective customers wishing to purchase a CRM solution and to existing customers considering an upgrade of their existing product. Key Skills - Good spoken and written English, and good communication skills - Prior solutions sales experience preferably in a channel focused environment an advantage - Ability to work unassisted with good time management as part of a team - Ability to build and maintain long lasting business relationships Working relationships - Internal: Primarily within the Channel Sales Team but with all departments - External: All Maximizer business partners within EMEA, customers and prospects. Environment - Working as part of the Channel Sales Team in our Bracknell Office - Reporting to the Head of Sales – UK/IRE/Africa General - Undertake other reasonable duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by a manager of the company. - This job description may be varied in consultation with the post holder to reflect the evolving needs of the industry and the company. Starting holiday entitlement will be 20 days per annum. There is a base salary and a sales related commission and bonus scheme for this position.
