    * On the Tools menu, click Options to open the Options dialog box
    * On the Preferences tab of the Options dialog box, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail to open the Junk E-mail options dialog box
    * Then select Safe Sender on the top tab
    * Click Add and enter @max.co.uk followed by ok

Yahoo Mail/ BT Internet

    * Open your Yahoo!/ BT Internet Mailbox
    * Click on Options (on the top right hand side of the screen)

    * Open your Hotmail account

    * Open your AOL email account

Registration and/or Request Forms
Some of our sites contain registration and/or request forms that require users to give us contact information (such as their name and e-mail address) and unique identifiers (such as software registration numbers). Order Forms
Our sites use order forms for customers to request information, products, and services. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. Your contact information also lets us get in touch with you when necessary. We use financial information to bill you for products and services that you have purchased.

Surveys
Occasionally, we ask users to voluntarily participate in online surveys. Our online surveys may ask visitors for contact information (e.g. e-mail address), financial information (e.g. yearly combined household income), and demographic information (e.g. postal code, age, location).  We keep this information strictly confidential, and use it to help us optimise our products and sites for our users.

Description: Session Cookie
Once you have logged on or signed up you don’t have to do it for every relevant Web page you request from our site. When you restart your browser and go back to the site that created the cookie, the website will not recognise you. You will have to log back in. All financial information that is submitted to our websites is encrypted and is stored on private servers that are not accessible from the Internet. Furthermore, users can select to transmit order information over a secure connection, which increases the security of each transaction.

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from Maximizer Software. The Maximizer EMEA site is handled from the www.max.co.uk domain.
Users have the following options for removing their information from our database, or to not receive future communications:
