| Mike Richardson, Managing Director EMEA Mike Richardson was appointed Managing Director EMEA on 1 June 2009 and oversees all sales, marketing, distribution strategies and operations for Maximizer Software within the UK, mainland Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Mike is charged with delivering and leading the CRM strategy of Maximizer through out the EMEA region, along with controlling the extensive Business Partner network. Mike joined Maximizer Software in 2000 and since then has worked his way up the corporate ladder from Professional Services Manager, Operations Manager and Head of Customer Care. In this time he has helped build a professional services team with key focus on customers of Maximizer through to heading up the European and African sales team.
With qualifications ranging from a BSc Hons in Electronic Engineering and a Diploma in Engineering (DIPLEng.), Mike has worked in key operational roles in IT infrastructure, engineering and systems management. |
| Matthew Ranger – Head of Sales EMEA Matthew oversees the EMEA sales team and is responsible for license and maintenance revenue generated via Maximizer Software Ltd’s channel of Authorised Solution Providers.
Joining Maximizer Software in August 2003 as East England Account Manager, Matthew was promoted to Sales Manager EMEA in June 2006, with over 15 years of sales experience from various backgrounds such as telecommunication and software companies; Matthew leads the Maximizer Software EMEA sales team towards a successful market share growth.

 | Mark Carter - Head of Marketing EMEA Chartered Institute of Marketing qualified with 15 years marketing, sales and commercial experience in a broad spectrum of industries, Mark is responsible for Maximizer Software’s EMEA marketing, with overall responsibility for the company’s strategic marketing, channel marketing and communications in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and India regions. Joining Maximizer in September 2008 after running his own Marketing consultancy, Mark has global marketing experience from software, hi-tec, manufacturing and service organisations. A B2B marketing specialist, Mark has selected, implemented and used a number of CRM systems in his career with Start-Ups, SMB's and larger organisations

| Andrew Heriot - Head of Services EMEA With more than 12 years experience in the CRM industry, Andrew joined Maximizer as a support engineer and has had key roles in the Support, Training and Solutions departments before leading the Services Team where he is responsible for support and services in the EMEA region as well as the training and certification of Maximizer Software Ltd’s Business Partner network. Prior to joining Maximizer, Andrew gained a degree in Engineering and worked in the micro-electronics and clinical research fields before joining the technical team of sales force automation vendor Tracker Software in 1997. |
 | Karen Dewar - Finance Manager EMEA
Karen heads Maximizer Software’s Finance department and is responsible for the company’s Finance, Accounting and Administration functions within the EMEA region.
With over 20 years of Finance experience in banking and software companies, Karen brings a wealth of experience to drive forward financial initiatives in the EMEA region as the company grows. Prior to joining Maximizer in March 2007, Karen was the Finance Manager of a leading software company specialising in rapid application development software, where she helped grow their revenue and move the company to the next level. |
