Computer Telephony Integration

Maximizer and Maximizer CRM may provide incoming call detection and outgoing phone dialing under the following conditions. Refer to the Maximizer Knowledge Base article titled "Maximizer and TAPI, reference number 001207-000073, for more information.

• The caller-ID service from the telephone company is in SDM format.
• The PBX or modem is compatible with Microsoft TAPI (Telephony Application Programming Interface) and is Caller-ID compliant.

Customer support for the following products was withdrawn on the dates noted below. This does not apply to customers who have products covered under annual maintenance contracts. If you are uncertain as to the status of your software, please e-mail us.
