Vivek Thomas, Managing Director EMEA Vivek oversees all sales, marketing, distribution strategies and operations for Maximizer Software within the UK, mainland Europe, the Middle East, and Africa - including the company’s extensive Business Partner network across the region. Thomas joined Maximizer Software in 2002 as Director, Americas Sales and was promoted to Vice President, Americas Sales in 2005. With more than 16 years of senior management experience, Thomas was promoted to his current role in 2006. Prior to Maximizer Software, Thomas held senior sales management positions with Sony Corp. Business Objects and most recently with CRM vendor Front Range Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Mike Richardson, Head of Customer Care As Head of Customer Care, Mike is responsible for the technical relationship between Maximizer Software and customers – end users, partners and internal staff. Mike’s area of responsibility includes pre-sales consultancy services, post-sales consultancy services, technical support services, localisation services and internal systems. Mike joined Maximizer Software in December 2000 and has done an excellent job helping build a professional services organisation designed to support end users and Maximizer Software Ltd’s extensive authorised partner channel in EMEA. His previous employment includes roles as an IT & eBusiness Advisor for Business Link, Inspectorate and Internal Systems Manager for the National Security Inspectorate (NACOSS), and prior to that, ten years in Technical Education, QA and Repair Centre Management at Baker Hughes INTEQ. Mike gained his Upper Second Degree and Diploma in Electronic Engineering from the University of Hull, specialising in Robotics and Control. Matthew Ranger – Sales Manager EMEA Matthew oversees the EMEA sales team and is responsible for license and maintenance revenue generated via Maximizer Software Ltd’s channel of Authorised Solution Providers. Joining Maximizer Software in August 2003 as East England Account Manager, Matthew was promoted to Sales Manager EMEA in June 2006, with over 15 years of sales experience from various backgrounds such as telecommunication and software companies; Matthew leads the Maximizer Software EMEA sales team towards a successful market share growth. Sara Katz- Marketing Manager EMEA With over 10 years of experience in marketing, sales and business consultancy positions in a variety of industries, Sara is responsible for Maximizer Software’s EMEA marketing, with overall responsibility for the company’s strategic marketing, channel marketing and communications activities in the UK, mainland Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining Maximizer Software in January 2007, Sara served as the European Marketing Manager for Finjan, a leading provider of web security solutions where she was responsible for developing the marketing strategies and plans for the European market. Sara has earned her Master degree (MSc) in Business Consultancy from the University of Hertfordshire Karen Dewar -Finance & Administration Manager Karen heads Maximizer Software’s Finance department and is responsible for the company’s Finance, Accounting and Administration functions within the EMEA region. With over 20 years of Finance experience in banking and software companies, Karen brings a wealth of experience to drive forward financial initiatives in the EMEA region as the company grows. Prior to joining Maximizer in March 2007, Karen was the Finance Manager of a leading software company specialising in rapid application document software, where she helped grew their revenue and move the company to the next level. |
