Job Title: Channel Marketing Executive
Location: Bracknell
Reporting to: Marketing Manager EMEA

Summary:
Maximizer Software, a leading provider of proven and affordable customer relationship management (CRM) and contact management solutions is seeking a Channel Marketing Executive in its EMEA HQ to help sustain and improve the strong growth it has had in the region over the last few years.

Typical responsibilities will include the creation, coordination, delivery and evaluation of Maximizer channel marketing activities across the EMEA region in line with the companies channel strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help develop a more strategic approach to marketing activities within the Channel and proactively search and propose relevant opportunities across all channels.
  • Work with the channels to ensure consistency in brand, message deliverable and quality of output.
  • Support and coordinate budget allocation for channel activities, while following up channel marketing spend and evaluating ROI.
  • Strategic planning and supporting implementation of events, ensuring maximum benefits of investments, customer satisfaction and brand consistency throughout the channels.
  • Take full ownership of executing bespoke channel marketing projects, through delivery and evaluation; email campaigns, seminars, promotions, telemarketing, and more…, while monitoring activity type, implementation and success
  • Coordinate and support PR activities and case studies creation; coordinate interviews, proof reading and search for new opportunities.
  • Help the marketing team understand and create solutions and sales tools for the channel needs.
  • Promote a culture of information share and learn between the channels and the internal departments in Maximizer.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two years marketing experience
  • Channel marketing experience preferred, ideally within technology/software industry
  • CIM Qualification or Business Marketing degree desirable

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of channel marketing and good understanding of direct marketing, web marketing and marketing communications
  • Excellent project management skills including budget, timescales and deliverables
  • Communication skills – must be able to produce coherent, clear written documents
  • Team player and self-starter – must be able to work on own initiative
  • Must be able to work under pressure, handling multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong proof reading skills and excellent written English skills
  • Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team in Maximizer. This entry-level position is ideal for dedicated, hard-working individuals who, with the right training, want to develop and become a marketing specialist.

Summary:
Support the sale marketing team in the planning, coordination and implementation of marketing and business development initiatives. Assist in development of marketing resources, coordinate all leads follow-up and tracking as well as communications with the business partners and suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Day to day support duties for the marketing team, contacts, lead-generation activities’ follow up and tracking, providing general support for marketing processes and systems. 
  • Manage web contact inquiry list and distribute leads to the appropriate sales executives
  • Assist in the development, production, and management of company collateral when relevant; including print material and Website content to communicate solutions, services and product benefits to customers.
  • Coordinate logistic aspects and help executing marketing activities such as seminars, exhibitions, email campaign, lead generation campaigns and partners’ activities.
  • Competitors analysis, industry research, Google Campaigns, Online opportunities and programmes research to best promote Maximizer products and services.

Experience:
Ideally a minimum of 2 years marketing or related experience, however, as this is a junior role, we will consider people with no previous experience. Good copywriting skills and proofreading ability will be an advantage. Proficiency with MS Office required. Software or an IT industry experience can be a plus.

The successful candidate must be highly organised and attentive to details, able to multitask and follow through and prioritise multiple concurrent projects. You will need to be motivated with a systematic approach to work. You will be able to work independently and perform well under pressure.

Job Title: Relationship Manager x2
Location: Bracknell

Reporting to the Marketing Manager of the EMEA office, Maximizer is seeking two Relationship Managers. The Relationship Managers will primarily be responsible for the qualification and nurturing of sales leads generated through marketing, and passing opportunities for the sales department.

The responsibilities for the Relationship Managers include:

  • Routing inbound calls - inbound phone inquiries, inquiries from 3rd party lead sources and custom marketing initiatives, website, etc to the appropriate sales manager 
  • Completing the lead profile (basic data) within the CRM system 
  • Qualifying the “customer need” before passing the opportunity to the appropriate sales person.
  • Following up, via outbound calling and email, on web and other leads in various stages of the lead cycle by calling and qualifying based on standard qualification criteria to pass to sales.
  • Calling older prospects to nurture and generate current interest.

Qualifications and experiences include:

  • Experience in phone communications (telesales, telemarketing, phone-based research/recruitment)- both inbound and outbound handling
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls to generate interest in a product/solution
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment 
  • Experience with Maximizer CRM is an asset

The hours of the work might vary depending on the coverage of business hours in Europe, Middle East, Africa and India
